Advanced technology requires continual investment. Romi invests approximately 4% of its annual sales in research and development for its products and processes.

Romi maintains a permanent R & D structure comprising more than 190 engineers and technicians. We understand that to stay in the forefront of machine tool development we must continue to develop the most advanced technology.

Development of new technology is accordance with market trends and demands. Romi owns more than 60 patents and has more than 30 patents pending in North and South America, Europe and Asia.
