Some products to be sold in the European Market require the CE marking (the abbreviation of Conformité Européene or European Conformity) to show that the product meets the requirements of the applicable European Directives.
The Romi machine tools are designed, built, tested and certified as meeting the electric and mechanical safety standards as well as electromagnetic compatibility (EC EMC Directive 89/336/EEC, Machinery Directive 98/37/EC, EC Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EEC) required by CE standards.
