Romi was elected the "Industry Highlight 2007”, by Ibef Campinas

The award is intended to acknowledge and foster the good financial and entrepreneurial management

Indústrias Romi S.A. was awarded the "2007 Industry Highlight " trophy by the Brazilian Institute of Finance Executives (IBEF) - Campinas Section. The award granting took place in a ceremony to be held on December 1st at Sociedade Hípica de Campinas (SP).

"We were very surprised and honored to receive the award, which makes us very cheerful and stimulates us to keep up pursuing better and better results", states Américo Emílio Romi Neto, who dedicated the award to all Romi employees and management.

The 2007 Highlight trophy  also were granted to the companies Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (services), Dalben Supermarkets (commerce), Graber Security Systems (Brazilian company ) and Robert Bosch Institute (social responsibility). Ibef-Campinas Section also was awarded the Equilibrista Award, edition 2007 to the Finance Executive, Antonio Wellington da Costa Lopes, the Administrative-Financial Director of EPTV Group.

The Brazilian Institute of Finance Executives, IBEF - Campinas, was founded in 1986, having approximately 400 associate members and being an institution that gathers finance executives. IBEF - Campinas promotes the professional and social relationship, allows the exchange of technical information, common business interests, effective participation of finance executives and their institutional representation.
